The request must be submitted on your organization’s letterhead including information about your organization, a photocopy of the 501(c)3 federal tax exemption documentation, details on what is being requested and deadline for the donation. Allow thirty days for a decision and please no phone calls.

SallyCares Anniversary Fund

In 2005 Sally Beauty celebrated 40 years in the beauty industry by establishing the SallyCares Anniversary Fund. For 2009, Sally Beauty will recognize 45 years of retail success by increasing the Anniversary Fund grant to $45,000.
