SallyBeauty.com is offering FREE SHIPPING on any online purchase over $50 to the contiguous states. Free shipping offer is limited to UPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offer not valid for AK, HI, or P.O. Boxes. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied.
Shipping Methods
For shipping method options, expected delivery times, and shipping costs for each address type, please refer to the chart below. All shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the same day.
- Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed the next business day.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Salon Equipment & Furniture
Salon equipment and furniture orders cannot be combined with any other product. Please place salon equipment or furniture orders separate from other supplies. All salon equipment and furniture orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service. Equipment can not be sent to a P.O. Box or using USPS. Equipment cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type. Most packages ship UPS, since this is a traceable method. Please note that packages shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable after leaving our warehouse.
Hazardous Materials:
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. SallyBeauty.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items. For your convenience, all products that fall under the HAZMAT classification are so noted on the SallyBeauty.com website.
APO/FPO Addresses
SallyBeauty.com currently does not ship to International, APO, & FPO addresses.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday.
