1. Apply it after rinsing out your shampoo. 
2. Start by focusing on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, where frizz tends to be most pronounced. 
3. Gently distribute the conditioner through your hair using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle and smooth the strands. 
4. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the formula to penetrate and reduce frizz. 
5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to help seal the hair cuticle and lock in smoothness.
