Apply thin layers of 2-In-1 Base & Top Coat to nail (thick application can cause lumps).
Dip prepped nail directly into color jar at a 45 degree angle.
Do not twist, swirl, stir nail while dipping, this can cause lumps.
When applying a dark or neon color, use Xpress Dip Clear As Day powder as the first step of dipping.
If you have any bare spots in color, to make it more opaque, apply a third coat.
If excess 2-In-1 Base & Top Coat gets on skin/cuticle, quickly remove it with an orange wood stick before dipping into powder.
When powder is low, use enclosed spatula to scoop and pour powder over the nail.
