Washing: Prior to washing, gently comb out tangles with fingers or wide-tooth comb starting from the ends of the hair and working your way up. Use cool or lukewarm water and shampoo designed for hair extensions. Do not scrub or bunch up the hair while lathering. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioning: Conditioning will help extend the life of the Hairtensity hair and will allow for better manageability. Apply salon quality conditioner to the ends of the hair. Gently comb out tangles. Rinse thoroughly. Leave-in conditioner or styling cream may be applied to help prevent hair from tangling and becoming dry and dull. Avoid using excessive amounts of styling products to prevent product buildup.
Sleeping: Gently remove tangle and wrap or loosely braid hair for the night, Make sure the hair is dry. Do not sleep with wet hair.
