Directions: After shampooing with Mantabolism™ Extra Healthy Shampoo, apply a generous amount from roots to ends. Massage gently into hair, focusing on the ends, and distribute evenly. If desired, cover hair with a plasti cap and sit under a dryer for 15 minute. May be left on with a plastic cap for up to 1 hour without heat. Rinse thoroughly. Style as usual. Use every 1-2 weeks for best results.
