- Mixing ratio is 1:1. Mix 1 part powder with 1 part of developer volume of your choosing.
- Use a tint brush and bowl to paint the product onto the hair strands you want to lift. This product can process at room temperature.
- Process up to 50 minutes based on the desired level of lift. Safe for use on and off the scalp applications.
