Mixing ratio is 1:1 for both On-Scalp and Off-Scalp application. Mix equal parts of 2 oz. Ultra Bond™ Creme Lightener+ to 2 oz. Ultra Bond™ Developer. For On-Scalp application: DO NOT USE Ultra Bond™ 40-volume (12%) Developer. Recommended for bowl and brush application. For both On-Scalp and Off-Scalp Application: Process up to 60 minutes. Check every 10 minutes until you achieve desired lift. Do not use heat. Always read the product packaging and inserts for complete directions, instructions, and warnings.
