Cool Blond lathering toner provides topical toning: the toner sits on the surface of the hair until the next shampoo/conditioner. Blond Brilliance toner uses coconut oil for strengthening, Acai extract to help nourish hair, and Mango oil to help soften and smooth hair. Toner is free from Propylene Glycol, Parabens, Gluten, Animal-By-Products, Sulfates and DEA. For best results, leave in hair for 3 to 5 minutes, and then rinse.
