- Shake can well before use
- Be sure to properly cover bathroom surfaces (walls, floors, counters, etc.) before use to avoid staining, and wipe up any accidental drips right away as they can be harder to remove once they dry
- Holding the can at an angle (about a 40-degree angle) rather than holding the cans upright, will help to ensure a smooth spray of product onto the hair| For best results, spray the product from at least 12 inches away in short bursts, rather than a steady stream

- For any stubborn pigment left behind we recommend thoroughly shampooing with the Prepare to Dye Clarifying Shampoo. However, with hair that is damaged or porous results may vary. For best results always do a test strand!
